Banjo Bunny – E-Card Web Design

The Client: Banjo Bunny
Project Description: Susan Preston first hatched the idea for e-card website Banjo Bunny in 1998, but she wasn’t prepared to tackle a database-driven website on her own. Fast forward to 2005. With assistance from Online Architecture, banjobunny.com is launched, offering four flash-based e-cards. Currently, the Banjo Bunny website offers more than 150 e-cards, with categories ranging from birthday and anniversary to holiday and burlesque offerings.
Online Architecture was tasked with creating a subscription service with several tiers (monthly, yearly, etc.) that integrated with an online payment service. In turn, the specifications called for a product that would seamlessly interface with an email distribution vendor to handle e-card delivery and periodic news updates to Banjo Bunny members. Lastly, Online Architecture created a product that is category driven, allowing Preston to continue to add new e-cards and expand her business now and in the future.
